Lifts and escalators within the Centre are strictly for passenger use only. Freight lifts are available for larger items that require transportation.

For the security and safety of all guests, Suntec Singapore maintains a standard directional flow of escalators within the Centre. For security reasons, Suntec Singapore reserves the right to adjust escalator directional flows where necessary.

Change in escalator directional flow for events requires prior approval and can be requested using AP-030 Change in Escalator Flow Permit.

Isolating or holding lifts is a service exclusively provided for Country Leaders. To request and obtain prior approval from the Centre, please use AP-031 Lift Holding Permit.
