Buffet Setups

Lunch and dinner buffets are made up of 3 components, these are as follows:

1. Appetiser / Soup Station
2. Hot Station
3. Dessert / Coffee & Tea Station

Each buffet component can serve up to 200 guests.
 

The above layout will be presented in your floorplan as follows:

A. Standard Configuration:

B. Compact Configuration (available as an alternative on request within Level 3 Meeting Rooms Only)
